Jean CarolEVANSOn 3rd February 2025 peacefully in Glan Clwyd Hospital after a short illness, with her daughter by her side, aged 92 years.
Wife of the late Bernard and a loving Mum to Sian and the late Paul and John. A treasured Nana to Matthew and Joshua and Nana in Law to Chloe and a dear Sister to the late Doris and John. Jean will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service and Committal at the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St. Asaph on Friday 28th February at 2pm.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Jean kindly accepted for the Welsh Air Ambulance.
